Productive Pathways Mental Health

Productive Pathways Mental Health opened in November 2024, co-founded by Hannah Frederick and Katelyn Swanson, under the umbrella of Productive Alternatives, Inc. Pathways is a new mental health therapy program offering comprehensive, evidence-based treatment for individuals experiencing emotional, psychological, or behavioral challenges. Our licensed clinicians collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans addressing a variety of needs. Meeting with a mental health professional at Pathways is ideal for those seeking to improve their mental health in a safe, supportive, outpatient environment. We work towards empowering individuals to build resilience, develop coping skills, relieve symptoms, improve daily functioning, and enhance overall well-being. Our services are offered for ages two and up. We provide individual, group, family, and couple services. Hannah has her master's in social work (MSW) from Capella University and is a Licensed Graduate Social Worker (LGSW) currently under supervision in the state of MN. Katelyn has her master's in social work (MSW) from Walden University and is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of MN. Kari is a new addition to our team and has her master's in social work (MSW) from Minnesota State University Moorhead (MSUM). She is also a Licensed Graduate Social Worker (LGSW) currently under supervision in the state of MN.
